Mini Moves and More Inc. provides storage vaults to our customers via a monthly rate outlined on our rates page. Each wooden vault contains 245 cubic feet of available space and is 7 feet tall, 7 feet long and 5 feet wide.
Storage Terms and Conditions:
- We charge a monthly rate for each storage vault
- One month minimum
- No setup fees
- Includes furniture being wrapped in professional moving quilts
- We charge an additional rate per over-sized item, per month (individual items that won’t fit safely in a vault, they will be stored in a separate area in our warehouse).
- We require 24 hour notice if you need access your items.
- Weekends (require 48 hours notice)
- We charge an additional rate for one Mini Move worker to work with you while you access the vaults, with a one hour minimum.
- Our warehouse is kept between 60-80 degrees and is under 24 hour video surveillance.
- Additional coverage can be purchased for added protection of your belongings.
- $100 per year, receives up too $25,000 of replacement cost or depreciated cash value
- Failure to pay within 30 days may result in loss of property*
