If yours is our first move of the day, our crew will arrive on time. As we have no control over traffic delays, we will telephone you if we are running more than 15 minutes behind. It is important that you provide us with a telephone number where you can be reached on moving day.
Our crew will take a quick walk-through to view the items to be moved. At this time, you will be asked to sign our Bill of Lading which serves as a contract between MiniMoves & More, Inc. and the client.
We are equipped to wrap any/all pieces of furniture that we feel need special protection, or pieces that you specifically request we wrap. If we are concerned about any specific piece, we will communicate our concerns at this time, i.e. antique furniture or something appearing to be fragile or of extraordinary value. Occasionally, we request that a client sign a Release regarding a specific piece which protects MiniMoves & More, Inc. from liability in the event of damage. On rare occasions,we must refuse to move a piece because of liability concerns.
Dis-assembly and reassembly of your beds, dresser mirrors, tables, desks, etc. are included in your move unless noted otherwise.
Your furniture is placed where you direct the crew to do so unless otherwise noted.
When your move is complete, you may pay by cash, personal check or credit card.
Tipping is optional, however many customers choose to tip the crew for courteous service and outstanding effort.
